Over the past few months our website team has been hard at work to provide Nochex’ customers and clients with a fresh website, with all the bells and whistles just in time for the New Year! We began the project earlier in 2017 and have been discussing how we can make our website more user friendly, and give our customers the best possible experience when using Nochex.
Over the past year, we’ve been transforming Nochex from a payments company that almost exclusively operated online, to a full service payment provider. We took time to understand what our customers really wanted; to accept payments anytime, anywhere. Whether that be online through a website, over the phone, by invoice or email link, and now our most recent development – allowing Nochex customers to take physical payments through our point of sale device!
We’ve helped many of our merchants become much more sophisticated when processing payments. Not only do we cater for those operating from a website, but also businesses representing multi-traders, marketplace networks and ordering portals.
We hope that you enjoy the new website, not just because it looks great, but also because it is now more attuned to the needs of a modern retailer. We expect that this evolutionary process in our service will continue into 2018 and beyond.
